Ferrox Critical Minerals has agreed an all-stock business combination with Smartkem, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMTK), valuing Ferrox at $125 million and bringing its Tivani iron, titanium and vanadium project in Limpopo, South Africa, into a vertically integrated electronics company.
