Tivani Overview
A tier-1 titanium ilmenite resource with multi-commodity optionality
The Tivani Deposit is Ferrox's flagship asset — a large-scale, open-pittable titaniferous magnetite deposit that hosts significant quantities of ilmenite, iron and vanadium. With a Mining Right in hand, an extensive drill programme completed, and smelter testwork validating product quality, Tivani is one of the most advanced undeveloped critical minerals projects in southern Africa.
Project Overview
The Tivani Deposit occupies a 13 km² tenure located approximately 35 km east of Tzaneen in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. The deposit is hosted within the Rooiwater Igneous Complex — a layered igneous system comprising metamorphosed gabbros, anorthosites and granitoids that forms part of the Palaeoproterozoic Bushveld-equivalent provinces of southern Africa.
Drilling to date totals 420 holes across 31,523 metres of stored core, supporting a NI 43-101 compliant resource of 471 million tonnes of titaniferous magnetite. Negotiations are advanced for the acquisition of neighbouring Extension Properties, which are expected to add between 1.0 and 1.5 billion additional tonnes to the resource base.

Our Leadership
The Ferrox board and management team have experience across mining operations, project development, corporate finance, and South African regulatory and commercial environments. Their backgrounds include senior roles at TSX- and Nasdaq-listed mining companies, South African mineral asset development, and international investment management.
The team's approach at Tivani is modular: bringing the project into initial production through a contractor-led mining operation and a staged plant build, with downstream processing capacity added in subsequent phases as the resource demonstrates economic performance.
