Developing a world-class titanium, iron and vanadium resource for a critical-minerals future.
Ferrox Critical Minerals is developing the Tivani Deposit — a large-scale, multi-product titaniferous magnetite resource in the Limpopo Province of South Africa, with a NI 43-101 compliant resource of
471 million tonnes. The project holds significant titanium dioxide (TiO₂), iron and vanadium pentoxide (V₂O₅) optionality across a 13 km² tenure.

Why Ferrox
A compelling opportunity in critical minerals
World-class resource base
The Tivani Deposit holds a NI 43-101 compliant resource of 471 million tonnes of titaniferous magnetite — one of the largest undeveloped ilmenite deposits in Sub-Saharan Africa. Extension negotiations under way could add a further 1.0 to 1.5 billion tonnes to the resource base.
Three revenue streams
Smelter testwork has demonstrated the production of TiO₂ slag and pig iron. Vanadium pentoxide (V₂O₅) extraction provides a third revenue stream. Commodity diversification across titanium, iron and vanadium provides natural margin resilience and reduces exposure to any single end market.
Infrastructure-ready jurisdiction
Limpopo Province offers an established road, rail and port network connecting to Richards Bay. Water resources are accessible. South Africa's Department of Mineral Resources granted Tivani its Mining Right in December 2013 — a milestone that significantly de-risks the project for investors.
The Tivani Project
The Tivani Deposit is located in the Limpopo Province of South Africa, approximately 35 km east of Tzaneen. The project sits within the Rooiwater Igneous Complex, a layered igneous system hosting substantial titaniferous magnetite and ilmenite seams.
